Please read the Coaches Code of Conduct and sign.

Assistant Coaches will be chosen from the applications.

All coaches selected will be required fill out PA State Police background check and PA Child Abuse forms. Both are available in the "Handouts" link on this site.

All coaches selected are alos required to attend Diocese of Pittsburgh "Protecting God's Children" seminar. Times, dates and locations will be provided.

Also note that all coaches will be evaluated at the end of their season.
