Moyennant l'acceptation de mon inscription pour la Ligue internatioanle de Soccer(Inter), je dégage, acquitte par acte et décharge à jamais, par la présente, et consens à indemniser et à éviter tout préjudice à la Ligue Inter, les organisateurs de cette ligue, leurs dirigeants, cadres, directeurs, officiels, agents, employés de bureau et représentants respectifs (ci-après nommés "les renonciataires") de toutes réclamations, actions juridiques, frais, dépenses et requêtes respectivement à ma mort, à des blessures ou dommages occasionnés à ma personne ou à ma propriété, causés de quelque manière que ce soit, découlant ou en raison du fait que je participe à cette ligue, et ce nonobstant le fait que cela ait pu être causé, être lié à ou occasionné par négligence, bris de contrat, un manquement à ses responsabilités à titre d'occupant des lieux, ou autrement, ou par les renonciataires ou l'un d'entre eux.
Je consens à assumer tous les risques, connus et inconnus, et toutes les conséquences afférentes ou liées au fait que je participe à cet événement. Je consens à respecter tous les règlements, toutes les règles et conditions de la Ligue Inter.

Je certifie que:
1) Je suis en bonne condition physique et que je ne souffre d'aucune blessure, maladie ou handicap et que je ne me suis injecté ou n'ai ingéré aucune substance susceptible de nuire à ma performance ou à ma condition physique ou d'augmenter les possibilités de blessures en participant à cette ligue.
2) Aucun médecin, infirmier, thérapeute, instructeur, entraîneur, gérant ou autre ne m'a déconseillé de participer à un sport comportant des contacts physiques ou à cette ligue.
3) Je connais bien le soccer et la nature des jeux de soccer. Je suis conscient qu'il y a des risques de blessures en raison de la nature même du sport.

Je serai lié par le présent document de même que mes héritiers, mes exécuteurs testamentaires, mes curateurs, mes cessionnaires et représentants personnels.

J’ai lu et compris les règles et règlements de la Ligue Inter.

J'accepte, de mon plein gré, de participer à la Ligue Inter en sachant les risques que j'encours.

J'ai lu le présent document et je comprends qu'en y apposant ma signature je renonce à des droits importants. C'est donc en toute connaissance de cause que je signe le présent document.

J’accepte que les frais d’adhésion ne soient pas remboursables.
RELEASE, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of the acceptance of the entry to compete in the International Soccer League (INTER), I hereby release, remise and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and save harmless INTER, the International Federation of Corporate Football, the organizers of this tournament, their respective officers, executives, directors, officials, agents, servants, volunteers and representatives (hereinafter referred to as "the releases") from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my competing or participating in this league and notwithstanding that the same may have been caused by, contributed to or occasioned by the negligence, breach of contract, breach of a common duty of care as an occupier of premises, or otherwise, of or by the releases or any of them.

I agree to assume all risks, both known and unknown, and all consequences thereof, arising out of or in connection with my competing or participating in this league. I agree to adhere to all rules, regulations and conditions of this league.

I certify that:
1) I am in good physical condition and I have no injury, disease or disability nor have I injected or ingested anything that would impair my performance or physical condition or increase the likelihood of injury in competing or participating in this tournament.
2) No physician, nurse, therapist, trainer, coach, manager or other person has advised me not to participate in a body contact sport or in this tournament.
3) I am familiar with the sport of soccer and the nature of a soccer game. I am aware that there is a high risk of injury by the very nature of the sport.

This document shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and personal representatives.

I have read and understood the rules and regulations of INTER.

I agree to participate in the INTER, knowing the risks and conditions involved and do so entirely upon my own free will.

I have read this document and understand that I give up substantial rights by signing it and knowing this, sign it voluntarily.

I accept that after payment is made to the tournament, there are no refunds.
