Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis with payment.
All tournament entry fees ($575) must be paid in full before a team is allowed to compete.
Payment can be made by Cheque only. Please make cheques payable to "Dofasco Minor Hockey".

An administration fee of $100 will apply to any withdrawal before November 30, 2013.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS after December 1,2013. (Teams not accepted will receive a full refund)
A fee of $40 will apply to any returned cheques.
Approved Alliance Submitted Rosters & Travel Permits must be submitted before first game before any team may step on the ice.
Daytime & Evening Games.
Schedule to start at 7:00am on Saturday December 27th.
Game Schedule will be forwarded to the team contact no sooner than 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
