Arkansas State Football Championships by signing below You certify that all players on your club are within the rules or exceptions made by the tournament staff. You understand BY SIGNING BELOW any harm to other teams players or tourney reputation by anyone playing children older than allowed can result in your being held liable personally for any and all damages because of said actions. You understand all players will be checked in before their 1st game. Players will be issued bands which are not meant to be removed. NO player can play without a band and replacement bands can be issued but under much scrutiny and a recheck of player if the torn band isnt available for inspection at the time of recertify.You acknowledge you will inform any team under your control of these rules. ALSO SIGNING HERE ACKNOWLEDGES YOU HAVE READ THE RULES LOCATED UNDER THE HANDOUTS SECTION and know what paperwork to play is required.After submitting your form an invoice will be sent for entry fee to lock your team in or you can cash app the 195 fee to $scottturner8. No entry is locked in until paid .
