Guest fully agrees to assume the risk of such injury and further agrees to indemnify CAC/Faith outreach church from any and all liability resulting from the actions of members or third parties at the facility. It is CAC/Faith outreach church policy that any individual with a history of heart disease should consult a physician before purchasing a membership or using the facility.
