Scheduling Preferences and Team Conflicts Form (Fall 2026)

Use this form to request certain no play dates during the upcoming season. You may submit up to 2 random dates of your choosing in addition to any tournament dates on your schedule. 8u-14u teams may submit conflict dates without regard to the scheduling option selected. You will not be scheduled to play games on these dates.

Be certain that you have considered all possible dates that may be problematic for you fielding a team.

The MCBA season begins on Sept 1st. In addition, we will not be scheduling games over Labor Day weekend (Friday, September 4th - Monday, September 7th). Nor will games be scheduled on Rosh Hashanah (Friday 9/11 after 5 p.m. - Saturday 9/12) and Yom Kippur (Sunday 9/20 at 5 p.m. - Monday 9/21). You do not have to use conflict dates for these dates. However, if your team is available and interested in playing on any of these dates be sure to opt in to play on the form below.
