Scheduling Preferences and Conflicts Form (Spring 2026)

Use this form to request certain no play dates during the upcoming regular season for the period April 7 - June 9. The 10u - 13u double-elimination playoff tournaments will be held June 10 - June 14. 14u playoffs will be held TBD.

In addition to other dates that you will not be required to play (see below), you may submit up to 6 random dates of your choosing (e.g. Mother's Day, Outdoor ed, spring break, etc.). You will not be scheduled to play games on these dates, but you must let us know up front. If you cannot field a team over spring break, please say so in the comments section below and be specific as to the dates (you will not be bound by the 6 conflict dates limit in this case).

In addition to your random dates, you are also able to list any tournaments your team has entered and can also opt out of playing on either the preceding Friday or following Monday (not both) but must specify exactly which day you want off, if any. You do not have to use one of your conflict dates for the Friday or Monday of your choosing, if any.

In addition, the MCBA is dark over Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 22 - Monday, May 25) and no games will be scheduled (unless you prefer to play on any of these dates - if so note that in the comments section below). You DO NOT have to use any of your 6 random conflict dates for spring break and/or Memorial Day weekend dates.

MCBA is extremely flexible - if you have a unique scheduling issue just inform us up front and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
