2025 Sponsorship Form

Tri-Cities Youth Softball League is a non-profit 501c(3) softball organization based in Apple Springs, Texas. The primary purpose of our organization is to provide a supervised softball program for youth, ages 4-19, within our community and surrounding areas. We currently have girls playing from 6 area school districts.
We are a small community and we need the dedicated support of families, friends, players and others in the community to not only keep our softball program running, but to make it top-notch. Softball is a great sport for helping our girls build character and develop confidence. As our girls learn and grown in the sport some may be able to realize their dream of receiving a softball scholarship to their favorite university. And some just simply love to play the game.
Our league relies on the support and sponsorship individuals and businesses. Great things are happening within Tri-Cities and we appreciate your support and taking the opportunity to be a part of it.
There are several ways you can be a part of our sponsorship program explained below.

PLAYER SPONSOR - $80
As a player sponsor you provide TCYSL with the opportunity to waive the registration fee for a young lady who might otherwise not get the opportunity to play. Player Sponsors may also choose to provide addition support for the player in the form of glove, helmet, cleats, and/or pants.

REGULAR SEASON TEAM SPONSOR - $250
Funds are used to help offset the cost of uniforms so that we can keep our registration fees to parents as low as possible, help pay for umpires and lights for the team's games and practices, and equipment for the team.
Regular Season Team Sponsor will have their business or individual name printed on the backs of the team jerseys and will receive a sponsor plaque and picture for the team they sponsor.

ALL STAR TEAM SPONSOR - $350
Funds will be used to purchase tournament uniforms for the team.
Sponsor will have name on the back of the jersey and will receive a plaque and team picture.

FULL YEAR TEAM SPONSOR - $600
A full year team sponsor covers a team through Regular Season and All Stars

SIGN SPONSOR - $300
A sign sponsor will receive an advertisement sign that will be hung on the field fence throughout the regular season, post season tournaments and co-ed seasons for one year.
Sign sponsors may choose the information and wording on the sign. We can also put your logo on the sign. Please email the logo and information to tricities.softball1982@gmail.com ATTN: Meri Dickens - Sign sponsor information

SIGN SPONSOR RENEWAL - $150
Each year sign sponsors may renew their sponsorship for a reduced sign sponsor fee. We will reuse the vinyl signs initially purchased. If the information or logo previously submitted changes the sponsor will need to pay the initial sign sponsor fee in order for us to purchase a new sign with the new information. Also please be aware that after several years these signs will need to be replaced and in that situation the sign sponsor will have to pay for a new sign.

REGULAR SEASON TEAM SPONSOR + SIGN SPONSOR - $500
This is for individuals/businesses who would like to sponsor a team as well as have a sign hung on the fence.

ALL STAR TEAM SPONSOR + SIGN SPONSOR - $600
This is for individuals/businesses who would like to sponsor an All Star team as well as have a sign hung on the fence.

FULL YEAR TEAM SPONSOR + SIGN SPONSOR - $850
This is for individuals/businesses who would like to sponsor a team for a full year as well as have a sign hung on the fence.
