Rules for playing at CMU in Mt. Pleasant.



Chip Jr: Teams will need to supply lots of baseballs for the tournament. There is a retention pond along the first base side and home plate.



Rules for Theunissen Stadium Field

No metal spikes are to be used on the turf surface. Only rubber molded cleats are acceptable.
No gum or sunflower seeds are to be inside the dugouts or turf field.
No tents/canopies are to be placed inside Theunissen Stadium or in the spectator area.
CMU Athletics policies regarding weather/lightning conditions will be in effect for the safety of athletics and spectators (lightning within 8 mile radius will require a delay of game. Game can resume 30 mins after last lightning strike in 8 mile area)
If weather happens we will have team in dugouts or if weather is worse, we will open the PDC for teams/coaches to shelter there.
Spectators will be asked to go back to their vehicles to shelter.
