Team Registration
Each participating league must carry general liability insurance (minimum policy limit of $1 million) with the “Merillon Sports Association” named as an additional insured.

Registration Requirement Waiver

I/We, the coach/administrator of the above-named candidate for a team in the Merillon Classic League, hereby give my/our approval for my team to participate in any and all activities.

I/We know that participation in baseball or softball may result in serious injuries and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Merillon Sports Association, Sharks Baseball Academy, Little League Baseball Incorporated, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and persons transporting my/our child to and from activities from any claim arising out of any injury to my/our child whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.

I/we understand there are risks associated with my team participating in any/all activities including but not limited to contraction of COVID-19 and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Sharks Baseball, Merillon Sports Association, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants from any claim arising out of contraction of COVID-19 or any other illness to your team/players whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.

Merillon Sports Association Zero Tolerance Policy
Merillon Sports Association has a Zero Tolerance Policy for un-sportsman like or unacceptable behavior at any and all Merillon Sports Association games both Home and Away; and or functions. All adults present will be held accountable for their behavior as well as the behavior of their guests. Parents and guardians will be held accountable for the behavior of their children. Failure to comply may result in the immediate expulsion from any Merillon events, functions and games of the offending individual. If expelled, the individual may not return to any and all Merillon events, functions or games at any time pending action by Merillon Sports Association's Board of Directors and its Disciplinary Committee.
I hereby certify that I am aware of Merillon Sports Associations Zero Tolerance Policy and will fully abide by it.
