***There is no Volunteer Fee for Flag Football, but please volunteer if you can. When more people volunteer this allows us to provide a better experience for all athletes!***
To encourage more volunteer participation from parents, there is a $50 volunteer fee included in the registration fee, this will be reimbursed at the end of the season, if required volunteer hours are met.
Coaching (head and assistant), flag football coaches, equipment handout, equipment return, field set up, score clock, chain gang (yard chains home games only), under-the-lights game for flag football, end-of-year banquet, and fundraising, are examples of the $50 being reimbursed.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I am aware that there are physical risks associated with my child's participation in the activity, which include but are not limited to collisions, slips, falls, accidents, illness, bodily contact, whether deliberate or accidental, and physical injury. I understand that the choice to participate in the activity, including the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses resulting therefrom.
I understand and agree I am solely responsible for my child's behavior and that my child will obey all the rules and regulations pertaining to the activity and all related activities. I understand that the rules and regulations are designed for the safety and protection of the participants and hereby undertake to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that certain activities require a minimum level of health and fitness (physical, mental, and emotional) and that each person has a different capacity for participating in these activities. I hereby warrant that my child is physically able to participate in the activity.
I hereby release the Cardston Minor Association, it's elected members, agents, coaches, directors and volunteers from all responsibility for any death, injury, loo or damage of any kind sustained by my child while participating in the activity.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this informed consent, and I understand, appreciate and accept the risks associated with the activity and consent to my child's participation in the activity and all related activities.

Flag football: $60 (Ages 6-7) $85 (Ages 8-12)
Pee Wee (contact) $400 (Peewee fees include a $100 refundable equipment charge and a $50 refundable volunteer charge that will be reimbursed when the equipment is returned and if the volunteer requirement is met, after the season ends.)
Bantam (contact) $425 (Bantom fees include a $100 refundable equipment charge and a $50 refundable volunteer charge that will be reimbursed when the equipment is returned and if the volunteer requirement is met, after the season ends.)
Bantam and Pee Wee registration will close on August 1st and Flag Football registration will be closed September 1st. No spot will be guaranteed after these dates, if there are roster spots still available, they will be subject to a $75 late fee for Bantam and Pee Wee and $25 for Flag Football.
