2026 Tournament Registration

By checking the below box I acknowledge to abide by all rules and regulations in regards to Registration guidelines, Game Play Rules, Roster Rules, and coaches,parents, and fan conduct. I agree that if I decide to not play in tournament I will give a minimum of 72 hours notice when withdrawing from tournament. If I do not provide this notice I am subject to penalties for future tournament. I will email a roster with players names and Birthdates to tournament director by midnight before tournament, rosters will be final at that time and will be the players that team is comprised of during tournament. I also agree that I have team insurance and will furnish a copy of the insurance for all my players participating in the tournament upon request.
