Any boy or girl meeting the age, school or residency requirements as set by Central Texas Youth Baseball & Softball Association, shall be able to participate in RYBSA. I understand that Rogers Youth Baseball/Softball Association, it's sponsors, organizers, and coaches neither individually nor collectively, assume liability whatsoever in case of accident, injury, or death sustained by or to any player or players, or spectators who may be involved in events before, during, or after any practice or game sponsored by this organization. I also agree to abide by all TTA & CTYBSA rules and regulations and, all local rules and regulations. Further, I will conduct myself in a sportsmanlike manner at all times, especially when wearing a league uniform. I will also ask that my friends, family, and other would be spectators at practices and games on my behalf, conduct themselves in a like manner.
