As an interested vendor, by going forward and completing this transaction, you agree to the following rules:

- All amounts are non-refundable (Except if event is cancelled or if Vendor is rejected)
- Only one type of Vendor will be accepted for each location. (i.e. No 2 sock vendors at same location)
- Director will assign your location and space accordingly
- Vendor will stay within the confines of their space and will not setup anything outside of said confines.
- Vendor will not interfere in anyway with the ongoing event and will not harass or bother anyone at the location
- Vendors will be responsible for their own licensing, taxes, permits etc.
- Vendors will keep their area neat and clean up behind themselves
- Vendors will obey the instructions of all officials including the building staff
- Vendors are prohibited to marketing, selling or in anyway type of form any kind of alcohol, tobacco, smoking, pornography, guns, weapons, firearms, or any such accessories.
- Vendors are prohibited from selling any illegal items, pets or goods that can be considered inappropriate around children.
- Vendors understand that they must list all items they are selling on the form to have it approved prior to vending.
- A vendor who violates any rule can be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
- Vendor's must be prepared to stay during the entire event unless approved to leave prior.
- Vendors must be packed up by the end of the event and completely out of the building between the time that will be provided to them or pay a fine of $5 per minute that they have the building services and staff have to stay
- Vendors are required to remove all of their garbage with them!
- Vendors are not allowed to cook anything inside of the building or use any fuel burning items inside of the building
- Vendors are required to be responsible for their staff
- Vendor may be required to supply a security deposit if deemed by the organization due to either the type of vending or because of the clean up requirement!
- Vending is based upon a first registered first right basis. A refund will be given if a vendor is rejected after submitting their registration and it is deemed that either their items are inappropriate or a conflict with a vendor's item prior to their registration!
- Vendors hold harmless the director, staff, building, building management or anyone else for any of their losses
- Vendors are required to have their own insurance!
- Vendors agree that they are responsible for the transport and securing of their own merchandise, goods and anything else they bring along!
- Vendor understands that all stats and information provided are an estimate based upon previous events!
