2026 Narragansett Flag Football Player Registration

This form allows one player to register for the 2026 fall flag football league in Narragansett (season 9/11/26 - 11/1/26)
Your child will be officially registered once we receive payment of $150 per player. Narragansett Residents and former players have until 7/12 to register and be guaranteed a spot in the league. After 7/13 spots will be filled based on the date of registration. The fee as of 7/13 is $150 per player. Fee can also be paid via check by mail (NYS attn J Waranis 55 Maplehurst Drive Narragansett RI 02882, venmo @Justin-Waranis (Narragansett Youth Sports) or credit card online via invoice from Paypal (paypal will add a $5.00 processing fee per child)

WAIVER INFORMATION
I hereby agree to permit my child to participate in the Narragansett Flag Football League.
I acknowledge that I have been advised of medical risks that may result in such
participation and I represent that I have consulted my childs physician
and my child is physically capable of such participation without injury.
I hereby waive and release Narragansett Youth Sports, The Narragansett School Department, and the Town of Narragansett from any claims, liabilities, and expenses
arising from my participation in the above the program.
