1) I must attend the one day classroom workshop, I must take the online course (website link will be provided via email after registration) and that I must provide all 18 certificates of completion from the online course prior to the in-class instruction.
2) Upon completion of the classroom workshop and completing the online course, I understand that I am eligible to submit my application with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) via online website ($40 registration fee) and begin officiating soccer matches.
