I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of these activities. I do further release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless Pascack Hills Jr. Cowboys Wrestling Organization INC., its organizers and coaches, any and or all of them. In case of injury to my child/ward, I hereby waive all claims against Pascack Hills Jr. Cowboys Wrestling Organization INC., its organizers, coaches, and any of the supervisors appointed by Pascack Hills Jr. Cowboys Wrestling Organization INC.
