Rancho Elite Basketball, Ball Hoggz, Rancho Elite Tournaments are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case that we have to cancel, we will notify all registrants as soon as possible and refund the registration fees. All hotel reservations, travel, or other cost, are the sole responsibility of the registrants. Therefore, Rancho Elite Basketball will not be held liable for any of those costs incurred in the event of a cancellation. Refunds will only be granted if canceling from an event prior to 60 days before the event. A credit for participation in a future Rancho Elite event will be given for teams who notify the tournament director between 59-31 days prior to the start of the event. No credit/refund will be given to teams that cancel 30 days before the event begins. 60 days before the event = Refund 59-31 days before the event = Rancho Elite Credit 30 days before the event = No Refund/Credit
