OMYA 2019 NFL Survivor Pool Week 2 Buy Back in

This is an ADULT EVENT. No one under the age of 18 permitted.

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW?

You have been knocked out and it was only week 1. You want back in because you now know how to play. You also see the Pool is a good amount. It will cost you to get back in but the challenge is worth it.

• Each Pool member chooses one NFL team each week.
• Each week a email will be sent to remind you picks are due
• You are only able to choose a NFL team once, so choose the week wisely.
• Entries must submit their weeks pick prior to the first game of that week (i.e. Thursday night games).
• If you fail to select your pick prior to the start of the first game of the week you will be eliminated.
• Picks are made "straight up", not using a point spread system.
• Ties are considered Wins for this fundraiser.
• If your pick is correct, you survive until the next week.
• An incorrect pick eliminates you from the pool for the remainder of the season.
• The fund-raiser is over, when only one entry is remaining or week 17 of the NFL season is completed.
• In the event more than one entry has “survived” the entire season, the prize will then be split equally between the remaining entries.
• If all entries are eliminated before the end of week 17, the prize will be split between those remaining entries that were left at the last week before all entries were eliminated.
• Winners will be paid within 7 days after the fund-raiser is over.
•Once payment is received you will receive an email with the website address for you to create an account and access the pool.
•Unlimited entries allowed ($40 per entry)
* Prize amount will be 20% of total amount raised minus the cost to run the pool. ($2000 prize is based off the organization raising $10,000, if that amount is not raised, the prize amount will be adjusted).
