Participants must realize they hold a position of trust and responsibility in a youth program, which deals with a sensitive and impressionable period in a child's development. All participants must have patience, understanding and good communication skills with both children and adults. As a coach I understand that there will be NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES allowed anywhere, by anyone on the practice field or game locations and I will make sure my staff, team parents and fans adhere to these rules as well. As a coach, I agree to comply with all of the bylaws, rules and regulations of the Southern California Junior All American Conference and Corona Chargers Football Program.
