Wait List Summer 2018

Welcome to the Merrimack Valley Field Hockey League's WAIT LIST for Summer Session 2018!! In the event that anyone drops out of the league or is unable to play, we will add you to the league in order of registration. If this does not happen, we will automatically add you to the sub list.

Please note we have moved locations!! We will now play at Triton High School in the Stadium on the new turf field!
The league will run 9 weeks on Thursday nights between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. Games start Thursday June 7 and end on Thursday August 9!

The cost of the league is $95 per person which will include all fees associated with fields and ref's and also includes your league Pinnie! You will only be required to pay if you are moved off of the wait list.

You must be out of high school to play. If you are not 18, we will need your parent/guardian to sign a waiver form before play starts. We ask that everyone be up to date with the current rules (we will send out an email about this closer to the start of the season) and have at least a high school varsity level of play in order to avoid injuries. MERRIMACK VALLEY CO-ED FIELD HOCKEY LEAGUE ATHLETIC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 2018

I understand and accept that there are risks involved in participating in any recreational activity. I am aware of those risks and I am voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the risks involved. I agree to accept any and all such risks of injury, death and/or property damage. I agree to the terms of this waiver, release, covenant not to sue and indemnity agreement as set forth herein. In case of injury or illness, I give my consent to emergency transportation and the administration of first aid, medical and/or dental treatment. I accept responsibility for the payment of any emergency transportation, treatment expenses and any related or subsequent medical and/or dental bills. I acknowledge that Triton Regional High School and/or Merrimack Valley Field Hockey League have not purchased and will not provide any medical or accident insurance to cover such expenses. Any such insurance is my responsibility. I waive, release, absolve indemnify and agree to hold harmless Triton Regional High School and Merrimack Valley Field Hockey League, it’s members, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents or any other representative of the aforementioned entities against any and all causes of action, claims, demands, losses, expenses, ability. In addition, I understand that my conduct, if deemed inconsistent with the rules of good sportsmanship and fair play, or the Merrimack Valley Field Hockey League Rules and Regulations may result in my expulsion from this and other programs. I agree that if registered as an individual or as a member of a team, the Merrimack Valley Field Hockey League sports staff may audit my players’ member status at any time. I understand that after the first week of play, I am not entitled to a refund of any amount without a legitimate reason** and after the third week of play, I am not entitled a refund for any reason.

**A legitimate reason includes but is not limited to (at the discretion of the league directors) serious illness or injury, inability to play, or conflicts with the league. Please keep in mind, we do not make a profit off this league, and every dollar the league receives goes to paying for the league operations. It is for this reason we will not allow refunds for any reason after the 3rd week of games.
