2024 Bellaire Baseball Designated Donation Interest

Each year, the UIL requires the coach to submit a Wish List to the CBBC for needs and equipment necessary to the operation of the Bellaire Baseball program. From this list, CBBC has developed this Designated Donation Form to solicit interest in obtaining sponsorship for the purchase and acquisition of the identified items to support the Bellaire Baseball program. As a 501c3 organization, all donations to CBBC are tax-deductible as the law allows.
BELOW IS A LISTING OF OPTIONS FOR DESIGNATED SPONSORSHIP
KNOBLAUCH TOURNAMENT SPONSOR

Each year Bellaire Baseball/CBBC sponsor the Ray Knoblauch Tournament. Sponsorship includes company banner at Knoblauch field/Butler Complex during the tournament, recognition on our website and tournament media announcements. You will also receive recognition in our Bellaire Baseball Yearbook and inclusion in the Knoblauch family introduction ceremony on Saturday.
EVENT SPONSOR - Bellaire Baseball Family Day

CBBC is responsible for planning the Family Day Opening Ceremonies at our Cardinal Field Compex each year. Expenditures include decorations, equipment rental, signage, etc. Your sponsorship will include introduction the day of the event, recognition on our website, outfield sign with your name/logo, recognition on our website and social media, and in our Bellaire Baseball yearbook.
EQUIPMENT SPONSOR - WORK UTILITY VEHICLE WITH GROOMER
estimated $20,000

CBBC is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Cardinal Field Complex. This includes grooming and prepping the field for games and practices, removing trash from complex, etc. To complete these tasks, we need to replace our 20year old Gator with a newer model. Your sponsorship will include your company name/logo on the vehicle, recognition on our website and in our Bellaire Baseball yearbook.

TRANSPORTATION FACILITATION SPONSOR

CBBC is responsible to assuming the majority of costs of transportation for our three teams (Varsity, JV, and Sophomore) during the UIL season. This includes bus transportation to pre-season, regular, tournament, and post season games.
Your sponsorship will include recognition on our website, outfield signage at Cardinal Field complex, and recognition in our Bellaire Baseball yearbook.
FIELD MAINTENANCE SPONSOR
estimated $10,000 annually

CBBC is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Cardinal Field complex, this includes all areas inside the fence, such as mowing, weed control, landscaping, protective equipment, etc. Your sponsorship will include recognition on our website, outfield sign with your name/logo, recognition on our website and social media, and in our Bellaire Baseball yearbook.
