2024 C-W Youth Baseball 12U Tournament Registration Form -TEAM

We have recently been made aware that online payments cannot be completed using Internet Explorer. ALL OTHER BROWSERS SHOULD WORK FINE.


Chetek Youth Baseball Tournament
June 14th-15th, 2024

1) Games will be played in Chetek, WI. at City Field and the Roselawn Elementary School.
2) Cost is $300.00 per team.
3) Babe Ruth Baseball rules will be followed with the following exceptions:
a. All Bats must be USABat certified with the USABat Licensing Stamp.
b. Batting order must include all players present. In case of an injury, a player may
leave the batting order, but may return to the game.
c. Free substitution is allowed in the field. Only 9 players are allowed in the field and all
players must play 2 innings per game in the field.
d. Pitchers may not pitch more than 2 innings in a game. One pitch constitutes an inning. Re-entry is not allowed at the pitcher position for that game.
e. Stealing is allowed once the pitch crosses the plate and leading off is NOT allowed.
f. Games are 6 innings, 10 run rule after 4 innings with a 1 hour and 30-minute time limit.
4) Coaches are responsible for maintaining player, coach, and fan discipline.
5) Umpire decisions are final. There are NO PROTESTS.
6) The tournament will consist of a pool play format. Top two in each pool move to their respective placement games.
7) Age will be determined by the Babe Ruth Birth Chart.
8) Individual awards will be awarded for first, second, and third place.
