We expect payment by Week 1 if not sooner. Payment can be provided to your coach.
Registration fee is $60 per player. Payments can be made by check to Mens/COED Softball.

Attleboro COED Church Softball Fellowship 2018

Players Agreement and Registration

Thank you for participating in our new COED softball fellowship this year. Our goal is to develop a successful COED fellowship that will be fun and competitive and build a local community of friendship. We are not officially a league just an instrument that will allow Men and Women desiring to play and opportunity to participate with others.

It is important that we maintain an excellent relationship with our Umpires and will strive to maintain that relationship. We are asking all players participating this year to sign this agreement acknowledging our rules and requirements. Any player that does not return a signed form will not be allowed to participate this season.

I will conduct myself in a manner that is consistent with Christian principles. I understand that our fellowship maintains a valuable testimony to umpires, other players and the public. I understand that alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, profanity, and “unsportsmanlike” behavior will not be permitted.

This is a Church based fellowship but is open to all people whether they are church members or not. We will be starting and ending each game with a prayer and possible biblical testimony. Our hope is to create an atmosphere of “caring and sharing” among all players and the community.

I recognize that the team captain/coach is a voluntary leadership position and thus I will uphold and honor his/her decisions. Any problems or issues that I believe need to be discussed will be done privately and quietly directly with the coach. I will not cause any team dissension. I also realize that by joining a team I am making a commitment to my teammates and thus will make every effort to make every game and if I cannot will notify my coach well in advance so he/she can plan accordingly.

I understand that softball can be a strenuous and dangerous sport and that I have chosen to participate voluntarily. I will accept all responsibility for my health and any resultant injury or mishap that may affect my health or well being in anyway. I hold harmless of any responsibility, the coach, the Church that has allowed me to play, the organization providing the field, the Attleboro Area COED Church Softball Fellowship and the people involved with leading the league. I understand that the COED Fellowship does not provide insurance protection and that I am playing at my own risk and am responsible for my own health care.

I understand that I will be asked by my team to pay a $60 fee associated with playing on the team. I will pay any team fee set by the team set deadline. I understand that my inability or refusal to pay could result in my removal from the team
