Tournament Registering For
Release Waiver of all Claims

As in all sporting events there is an inherent risk of injury. I the head coach/team representative listed above ACCEPT ALL responsibility for any incidents that might occur throughout the duration of the Macedonia Shootout. Any and all of the medical expenses will be covered by my team insurance/ individual insurance. I cannot hold any person, organization, or government responsible for any misfortune that may occur.

Coaches will have insurance certificate and birth certificates for their own teams available upon request.
