Sponsorship Form
The sponsorship of local youth athletic teams by businesses in our community are vital to the financial health of any association. The funds from our sponsorships help pay annual operating costs and activities that support development of player skill, sportsmanship, teamwork and safety for all our participants.

While sponsorship does afford some advertising benefits, the higher purpose is to help the association and its coaches instill the right values to our youth in the community. The hope is someday they will use these values in becoming good citizens.


Sponsorship Levels
Single Sponsorship — Business logo and information placed on 3’ x 4’ vinyl sign inside the outfield fence of 1 of our 3 diamonds. —— $300

Double Sponsorship — Sponsor a league team. Business name on team uniforms and schedules. Business logo and information placed on 3 x 4 vinyl sign inside the outfield fence of 1 of our 3 diamonds. —— $500

Triple Sponsorship — Sponsor a diamond. Business name on team uniforms and schedules. Business logo and information on a sign placed under the scoreboard on 1 of our 3 fields. Business logo and information placed on 3 x 4 vinyl sign inside the outfield fence on a separate diamond. —— $600

Home Run Sponsorship — Sign placed on concession stand, pavilion or dugout which is the center of our three ballpark complex where players and spectators congregate following every game. Business logo and information placed on 3 x 4 vinyl sign inside the outfield fence on our 3 diamonds. —— $1000

Grandslam Sponsorship — Sponsorship of the Wes-Del Youth Athletic Association park. Business signage is placed at the entry of the ballpark in which all visitors pass upon arriving at the park. Business logo and information placed on 3 x 4 vinyl sign inside the outfield fence on our 3 diamonds. —— $1500

Scholarship Program — Sponsor a kid (or numerous kids) for the 2020 baseball/softball season. Business name will be associated with anything to do with the scholarship program. —— $70 per kid
We invite any of our sponsors, if interested, to receive a league recognition night. The recognition night invites a representative from your business to throw out the first pitch of the night. Your business will also be allowed a table to display information regarding your products or services.

CONDITIONS
The sponsorship rights do not include giving the sponsor any rights in the operation of, or the outfitting of, any particular team or the association itself.
Sponsorship of a team in the Wes-Del Youth Athletic Association does not permit or extend any rights or responsibilities in the operation of any team in the association. The sponsor does not have any rights or responsibilities in the selection of managers, coaches or players for any team. The sponsor and the association are independent contractors with respect to one another, and neither has any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified below.
Please understand that we only have a limited number of team assignments available. Any and all donations of cash, supplies, equipment, or labor are greatly appreciated.
The name of the business must not imply the sale or use of alcohol or tobacco, or any product or activity not in keeping with the Wes-Del Baseball and Softball League’s good name. For example, “Joe’s Grocery Store” is acceptable, even if Joe’s Grocery Store sells tobacco products. However, “Joe’s Discount Cigarette Outlet” would not be acceptable. Also, the name and/or the services provided by the business must not offend local community standards. This is a decision of the association board.
