Online Registration. Please sign in or create an account to get started Registration Fees for 10 and Under, 12 and Under & 14 and Under Teams BOYS & GIRLS: Registration costs are $180.00. This includes a $25.00 US Lacrosse Membership and full uniform. An Additional $100.00 work bond check will be required. Instructional League for K thru 2nd BOYS AND GIRLS is $60.00 There is a $7.50 online processing fee.
