2026 Tryout Registration Form for Players Use this form to register for upcoming tryouts! PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE FORMS FOR ONE PLAYER ! Registration for this event is $20. 1. Pay via: Cashapp: $FBPREMIERAAU or Zelle: FBURGPREMIER1@GMAIL.COM BE SURE TO ADD PLAYER'S FIRST & LAST NAME WITH GRADE IN THE NOTES OR SUBJECT LINE. *Cash payments will be accepted, but we prefer advance electronic payments for quicker check-in. Please note that the Fredericksburg Premier staff does believe that COVID-19 continues to pose health risks to the vaccinated and unvaccinated. Parents who allow their children to attend tryouts assume all responsibility for the potential risk of their children's exposure to and possible contraction of the COVID-19 virus and other illnesses while attending this event. We do not require participants to wear masks, but our staff may elect to wear masks during these tryout sessions as they see fit. PHOTO RELEASE CLAUSE: By completing this registration form, you are acknowleging and consenting to your child's picture being taken by Fredericksburg Premier staff for the purposes of player differentiation during evaluation discussions by coaches to determine possible placement on a team. Further, general pictures and/or video footage may be taken of the athletes during activities for Fredericksburg Premier promotional purposes and participants will not be paid for any footage that may be used. |
