Where: Golden Valley High School Merced Ca Time:9am-4pm Cost:$25 Who:Open for Kids 5 and Up. **We will make exception for 5u if children can follow basic instructions. This will be a great way to introduce beginners to the great Sport of Track & Field and give fundamental sound tips for more advance runners throwers and jumpers. Yes!! We said it!! we will be teaching the Fundamentals of Throwing - Long Jump -Hurdles - and don''''''''t forget Speed!!!!! Sprinting Mechanics -Starting Blocks- Acceleration- and Max Velocity .
