5v5 Women's Team Registration Form: 2024 Spring Season (check here) If you're a team captain and looking to enter your team into the 2024 Spring Season. Please fill out the Team Registration form. Season starts April 2024. General Information and Important Dates: • $60 per player • Referee fees are $75 per game • 12 player roster minimum • Captains Meeting: March 2024, Location/Time TBA - Roster minimum deposit is due (waivers and fees for at least 12 players) • Final Registration event TBD: All fees for rostered players expecting to play week 1 due by April 3rd. Please bring all waiver forms, roster sheet and league fees. Location TBD. |
