| Spring Softball/Tball 2025 Spring softball 2025registration. I do hereby give my child permission to play ball at Ponca City Kids Inc. I as well as my team will not hold the coaches, volunteers, or the organization liable in the event of injury. My child will play with positive encouragement, sportsmanship, teamwork, and watch our language. I agree my child and acquaintances, and myself will abide by all rules established by PC Kids Inc., to ensure safety for all. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises. |
