2019 Spring Baseball Registration
(PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS)

To begin registration, click on the line above --

Step 1: Complete on-line form for the first player you are registering. NOTE: If you would like an e-mail receipt of your registration, be sure to fill-in your complete e-mail address. Every line that has a “!” to the left of it must be completed or registration will not be submitted.

Step 2: Press the submit button ONCE at the bottom of the form.

Step 3: If you have completed the form correctly, you will be taken to a “Completed online forms summary” page. You will see a listing of the player(s) you have just registered. Registrations have been submitted for the players listed on this page.

It is recommended that you review the registration form for mistakes. To do this click “print” next to the form for the registered player. If there is an error, you can edit the registration by clicking “edit” next to the registration you wish to edit.

Step 5: If you wish to register another player, click on the "Click here to add another registration" button.

AFTER ALL REGISTRATIONS HAVE BEEN ENTERED:

PAY ON-LINE: click “checkout-click here to pay your registration by credit card" button. You can pay for all registrants at once. Complete the credit card information and you done with registration. You will be sent an e-mail receipt of payment for your records (you may also get one for registration).

PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK: Print each registration form by clicking "print" next to the players name. Mail in the players form(s) w/check. Click any tab on the left side of the page to leave the registration process. If you have entered your complete e-mail address you will sent an e-mail receipt for each registration. Registration is not complete until we receive your payment!

No refunds after March 1, 2019

One form for each registrant.

The family discount maximum is aligned to each registration period as follows:
11/01/18 - 12/31/18, Family Discount max cost $325
01/01/19 - 02/14/19, Family Discount max cost $400
02/15/19 - 03/31/19, Family Discount max cost $475

If you need financial aid, register your child on-line, and then contact the recreation department (732-329-4000) for the appropriate paperwork.
