Subscribe to our Newsletter| Spring City 2017 Registration for Summer 2017 Thank you for your interest in the 2017 Summer Tournament series of the Spring City Rush Lacrosse. We are excited to offer your player summer tournament options. Our commitment to an affordable, high quality lacrosse experience is our goal. This summer's coaching line up is deep in experience and all our coaches share our vision to promote the game the right way by honoring it, respecting all participants, and improving skill via team play. We will look forward to another summer of fun, competitive lacrosse in the region. In order to register for a summer team, we ask that you join our mailing list to ensure you are kept in the loop of all club events and offerings. Our registration form allows one player to register and collect player contact information, parent/guardian contact information, Health Insurance and liability waiver. Prior to registering your player, please make sure you collect the following information to speed up the registration process. For returning players uniform sizing is not required. Uniform sizings: Pinnie Shorts T-shirt US Lacrosse Membership # Health Insurance information Refund Policy We understand that situations arise that may change plans or make it difficult to participate in the tournament/tournaments you registered for; however, due to the need to register our program and pay registration fees to participate in tournaments far in advance, administration costs and limited space for participants, partial refunds will be allowed within four weeks prior to the start date of the summer tournament series. NO REFUNDS are available once the tournaments begin. However, if participants are unable to attend due to an injury, a portion of the program may be prorated and credit given to future or other programs. |
