| okay so midgets i have some not so great news..
my friend is an EMT in traing & she looked at my neck/shoulder today.. for those who dont kno, i hurt it at practice on saturday.. but no hard feelings, SAM!! anyways my friend seems to think its a pinched nerve cause i keep getting tingles down my neck and right shoulder.. i CAN still cheer. just thought i should let you girls know. & i wont be going to a real doctor until after cheering end.... one more thing. i'll have the cd friday cause i wanted to borrow kellys.. some of the songs dont come up on iTUNES & i know that kelly has them on a Cd.. love youuss alex<3

| yes i do feel better! my arm has its moments.. but overall it feels better.. hopefully it wont bug out tonite when i stunt

i feel so bad for u.and hope u feel better.but i don t understand y r u not going to a real docter u should.because the longer u wait it might feel worse.so u should ask your mom or dad or who ever waches u to give u anportment . ok.
