| Well it was only a matter of time till I got on here.. LOL...
First, I want to say THANK YOU to every single person that gave me or my midget girls a hug, kiss, or a kind word this weekend. The love in this organization has only grown with every day that passes and it really was helpful this weekend.
Over the last hour I have talked to most of the girls on my team and we have realized many things.. We WERE sad, but WE ARE NOW FINE. We had an amazing, enjoyable season together and the reason why we loved it so much was that we enjoyed our time with each other. Competition actually had nothing to do with it. So we will still be getting together, because that's what crazy people do. LOL. We have handled any challenge that has been thrown at us so far, so this upset won't be any different. We got 3rd place at regionals, worse things have happened in life. LOL. "CANT STOP THE FAMILY" isn't about trophies.. It never has been and never will be. It's about the spirit of this organization.
To our younger sister teams - We couldn't be any prouder. Jr Pee Wee Small - You really are the Midget team's little sisters. You remind me so much of the Midget girls it's scary.. So much talent, so much heart. It's almost funny that you guys placed exactly the same.. that's the kind of thing that sisters do! LOL.. Be proud, you had an awesome year and I enjoyed every minute I got to spend with you guys!
JR PEE WEE LARGE, PEE WEES, and JRMS - The Midgets had their fun last year.. We pass the torch to you- ITS YOUR TIME TO SHINE! HAVE FUN WITH IT! The entire Midget team will be at your Pep Rally cheering you on and MANY of the Midget girls will be in Florida going crazy for you too.. After all, that's what families do.
FINALLY, TO MY MOM AND JEANNE There are no other two people I would rather be on this emotional roller coaster with! Thanks for laughing with me and crying with me this weekend.. and Thanks for all that you do for this organization.
AND TO MY MOM- CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WIN!!!!!I am sorry if my tears took any bit of happiness away from your great accomplishment. You are an amazing coach, but an even better mother. Any compliment I ever get is a reflection of you and all that you have taught me. Thank you for everything, I LOVE YOU SOO MUCH.
OKAY.. Enough rambling.. let's get our sister squads ready for FLORIDA!!!
