| The next time you are at a Rams game watch the varsity team as they warm up. They don't look like they are preparing to play, they look like they are playing a pick up game. For example; a few games back I watched the team come out and as they went through their line shooting I saw Harkness get ready to take a shot and Wiekert come up behind him and block him. How does that get anybody ready to play; Harkness is lacking confidence shooting the ball so it sure didn't help him and Wiekert gets a foul 80% of the time he tries to block a shot so it was instilling a bad habbit for him. It's these kinds of things, the little stuff, that really makes a difference for a team winning 12 or 15 games to a team winning 5 to 7 games. Who's fault is it that these players don't know how to get ready for a game, I think blame can be placed on several places, 1) Sibbitt 2) Past coaches in the system that have had this team and 3) The players themselves for not being mature about preparing for the game. Things will not turn around for Paoli Basketball until somebody steps up and addresses these issues.
