| Ok So Ive had this Ment Block for a long time...and Ive decided to push it aside and try to due my standing Backhandspring on the floor sometime this week or next week...I can do it on the trampoline...So i know i can do it on the floor...I just need to get over it...So whoever reads this...PUSH ME!!! GET UP MY BUTT 120% OF THE TIME TO DO IT!!! Cuz i know i need to and i def. want a position on advanced co-ed next year...So lets do some team work and push Tanyas lazy behind to do it!!! | dear tanya, i've see you do it on the floor and on the tumbletrac. if you have it on the tumble trac, you have it on the floor. don't think so much, just do it. the more you do it, the less scary it is. the first time is the hardest. after that, you know you got it. the more you practice, the better your form.
just do it!!!!!!
