Mary and Kelly, I would like to say a couple of things about your letter. First, I wish the best to all girls this season. I believe it is going to be another AMAZING WONDERFUL season and I know all the girls will shine where ever they are put. Second, as per you getting a letter that prompted you to have to post a long letter to all of us is upsetting to me as mom of a Wolverine Cheerleader. I have been involved with this organization for i believe 5 years now, and I have only had the best experiences. The Monroe Organization has not only helped my daughter shine through the years but they have managed to do nothing but have every cheerleader/football players needs met. I know for a FACT we have fun, we do not make it all about "Wining" as you had tried to explain in your letter. These girls work hard, and have fun doing it. Third, what I believe most people who do not know this "family" well does not seem to understand, is we are all there for one another, if we have a problem we go to you or Kelly or any of the coaches and it gets worked out. We do not write anonymous letters and try to start problems that are non-existant. We as a FAMILY work together, Strive HARD together, We share tears, and joy and DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THIS ORGANIZATION! I as a mother of a PROUD MONROE WOLVERINE CHEERLEADER, would ask for it to be no other way. Fourth and final, Most parents know and I believe I SPEAK for many of them, that your "VOLUNTEER" job is not easy and that you take your time, and make the changes you need to make to do what is right for this organization and for the teams to make sure no girl or football player gets hurt and that all girls have an amazing time within there ability!! I COMMEND EVERYTHING YOU TWO DO, This is not an easy job and you are doing it WELL!! The Paprota/Martindell (aka Papindells) LOVE AND ADMIRE YOU FOR ALL YOU DO

I so agree with Coach/Mom Becky. Mary, Kelly, Jeanne and all the rest of the staff, who volunteer their time and efforts for our children to have a great time doing something they enjoy and no matter the outcome, everyone strives to do their best and hold their heads up high. You give these children the right to shine and be the stars they can be. All staff, coaches, etc put so much time into Pop Warner and Monroe, all year round, while still doing your full time job, being a parent for your family and finding time to enjoy all that you can. I want to thank you for being there for my daughter, who is starting her 8th year with the Wolverines. She has grown up so much in that time and wants to give back to Wolverines, now that she is older. With her mind in leadership, it shows she was given these skills by those who have affected her life and being a cheerleader was a big part of that. Once again, thank you for all you have done and will continually do for the Wolverines.
