| Any of you guys have any suggested work out routines that you do that improve your game? I've gone back to doing heavy squats, and weighted dips into my workout routine due to the advice of Ray Demarini, who claims they are the best exercises for softball hitting?
Also, you gym guys...any supplements you recommend. At present I'm using Isopure Protein and AST GL3 Glutamine as well as CLA 1000 (Conjugated Lineolic Acid) and ZMA before bed. Any tips or recomendations on this?

| To start with Mikey, I never take anything personally. I deal with much, much worse from the much, much worse. Nothing you can ever say or do will ever get to me, or be taken personally by me. It appears that you have taken what I said personally, which was not the objective here. Lastly, I would never spend 4 hours on the computer, it usually takes me 15 to 20 minutes.
