If someone has feedback they'd like to give (a complaint they'd like to file) regarding their team's manager, what is the process for doing this?

You can contact me or another board member to provide your feedback. We take all complaints seriously and check them out to the best of our ability. Sometimes the season is too far along to do anything meaningful, but if a corrective action is warranted and possible, we will pursue it. It also may give us pause when considering a manager for the next season. If we get into the "did not" "did too" arguments, though, our options are limited.
