So how does this raffle work?
It goes off the Pick Four daily number for the month of July with a 100 bucks given out each day?
Maybe our resident gambler Milt can pipe in with the answer. Provided of course that he is not too busy playing poker or probably watching "Rounders" for the 4,582 time.
