| here's my plan, now i just need 7 other managers with me.....
-exemptions go to 1-2-3, not 0-1-2
-start the season the first week of april
-playoffs are a one or two day double elimination tournament, seeded brackets, everyone is in, week after regular season
-waivers before you can play in a game
-rosters due MAY 1
This will give us more fall ball games and more games for more teams, since 9-16 can't play for the next 3 weeks, that could be fall games

| I'm for that, I was curious why the fall ball season seemed short this year. Wasn't it 8 games last year? As far as the exemptions, I don't really care, it's going to be hard enough to get players to join the worst team in the league......

| SMITTY THAT WHAT I WANTED THIS AND NO ONE WANTED IT REMEBER. I AGREE TO THAT IF WERE STILL AROUND CHECKING IN ON WARWICK NO EXCEMPT PLAYERS THERE NO BULLSHIT THERE ONLY ONE OR TWO MEETINGS YEAR. DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHO WHO AND WHERE THEY PLAY JUST PLAY BALL. BUT IF WE DO STAY GREAT IDEA HOPE IT PAST THIS TIME.

| Ian..this is nearly exactly what you, JR and I tried to get passed this year. How about one more thing...let the reining Warwick Champions back in the league..roster as is? If you are doing the math, you now have two votes.

| i am not a manager but i agree with that. i also agree with Botelos comin back with the roster they left with, why keep another good team out. open roster is tough because a team could show up wit super stars and the stallions with whom they have shown up with all yr???? who knows, if you have open roster you will have to have a minimum at bats and games. and whos to say a team might but the phantom in?? i have seen it done and done it myself.

| change the rules to play fall ball???? this is getting a little out of hand. the playoff system is great the way it is.

| Everyone in the playoffs? When did this become the NHL? All the exemption rules you talk about changing are fine, as well as moving the start of the season. However, I would not want to change the playoff format. Top 8 teams play a 3 week playoff round with best of 3 series should stay. The 9-16 teams can use these 3 weeks to practice, so they can be better for the fall league :)

| First of all, nearly every other leage in the state uses a double elimination playoffs. I said all of the teams because it increase the number of games played. But, an 8 team, double elim. playoff would be great as well. Second, since everyone loves playing so much, the tournament would increase the length of the fall ball season and thus, give everyone more games. That was why I want the tournament. The way we do playoffs now, if every series goes 3 games, there are 21 games played. So, if playoffs take one week, the tourny would be 15 games. Then we would add 2 weeks to fall ball. With twelve teams in fall ball, we would add 24 games to fall ball and everyone would get more playing time. 21 games with playoffs the way they are OR 39 games with one day tourny and two weeks fall ball. Third, if we start the season earlier, we would end earlier and there COULD be 3-6 more weeks of fall ball. Translation: a lot more games.
