| Had a rough start with practice tonight! Girls you really need to start wanting this! We can't go out and get this for you! You are winners and you need to start proving this! The next time we see you i want to see you ready and serious! We don't have much time left.

| I completely agree and am totally on board. Come on guys, we don't want what happened 2 years ago again. I know I don't .I really want to win and we can if we start focusing and not fooling around!!!!!!!!! Last year we really were the greatest there isn't that much time and I want to be cheering till december, not done in October. JQ

If you all noticed yesterday, you came to practice determined.. by the end of it when you showed off for the JMSA you can tell you did not want it anymore.. that determination has to stay with you ALL THE TIME!!

| i am so on board and i want this so badly and last year my first year was amazing i loved it so much and you all helped me with everything and i really did feel like one big family everywhere i turns there is a monroe cheerleader because everone is getting word of what a great fanmily we are and i want this bad and i want to keep on going we all want this so badly so i think we should make a pact because coaches try so hard to help us and they dont give up on us even though they say that we might not make it they never give up hope on us an we cant do that to them we have to try until its over strive for excellence and perfection and we can do this i love you all you guys an di know we can do this
