| What a game! I tip my hat to the Cardinals for coming thru the way that they did. Well I came up short in my earlier prediction but hey, that's the way the seeing eye singles bounce thru the hole. It was a pleasure playing, albeit roughly half a season with the Sox, but I look forward to coming back on a full time basis next year.
A few guys in the league know who I am from playing over in the CYC league at forest park for the Perfectos where I am a catcher. And again, hats off to Archie, the umpires, and the rest of the managers on every team that make this league what it is. It is by far head and shoulders above what I'm used to dealing with over in the CYC league and my only regret was not finding this organization sooner. Good luck to the remaining teams in the playoffs and I look forward to competing against you all in the years to come.
Last thing, I should have some "I told you so's" coming from some of you which I rightly deserve for shoting my mouth off on another post. But I can take it. At the moment, I have no choice but to. So let me have it.
