| Well ladies it has been tough and this routine is not coming together as neatly as i would like it to be...SOO I am asking you to PLEASE come to practice ON TIME tomorrow and work hard..
We will be changing the pyramid and you HAVE to get those basket tosses up tomorrow or they are coming out.. So that is your homework.. Get ready because this is the last change anything thats not working tomorrow is coming out and staying out..
I know it has been hard but keep working at it because a win NEVER comes easy, I HAVE FAITH AND KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!

Whether we win or lose you are one team and one family! If something goes wrong with the routine (which it Won't) one person is not to blame! YOU ARE A TEAM! We work together! I saw some of your Pee wee girls at the Cheer factory today! See you canx practice and they find other ways to bring it to the floor.
Girls, find the determination you had last year! You guys were unstoppable! You can so do it this year too. I am so looking forward to seeing you at the competition front and center! I can actually watch yout faces this year.
