| I will not be at practice today. Sorry!!!! I re-injured my foot cheering at school and can't put any weight on it at all and it's swollen. I went to see the orthopedic specialist and had it x-rayed and thankfully there are no fractures or broken bones!! It must just be sprained or a pulled muscle. He's making me wear this ugly boot thing for a week and I'm having to use crutches. Hopefully, I will be healed enough to compete next weekend but there is a slim chance I may not. I'd say about a 20% chance I might not. I'm so sorry!!! I will probably be at practice wednesday night even if I can't do anything. I will do as much as I can to stretch it out and get it better by competition!!!
