| hey ya fockin jerks , happy new year . the defense of the title begins . i need to know what teams in coventry are interested in playing in the ASA atates . i have a call out to bev wiley , who i spoke to last year about coventry becoming a sanctioned ASA league . we wouldnt have to change any rules or any bylaws to get in , the teams interested would have to submit a official ASA championship roster .this problably wouldnt work for the vfw ,jrs, pna and maybe a couple others but for the teams like europa , mouton , vpub , delpadre , savarios and so on who do have a lot of guys who play ASA softball anywhere else this is a great way to play in a state tournament . post your interest spread the word , we have another rules commitee coming soon so as far as scheduling games we need to know if there is interest in playing ASA states .

| Bad idea. So many teams split up the play various night leagues and enter states with other teams. Probably only your guys and Eurpoa stay intact to play in tournaments or other leagues. And you can't be on 2 ASA sanctioned rosters anyway.

| asa e is perfect for some of the younger teams , and for the older guys we will have that weekend off for the d states . my point is i wouldnt submit a roster to asa because i have to many guys that play asa at night , pna the same , jrs the same , but the younger teams i mentioned should be all for it . not everyone has to submit a asa championship roster.other leagues do this and i works , it gives teams like europa a chance to win a asa state and get better .

| dutes you could be placed on lets say europas asa championship roster and play with them in the states . the whole point is to get 4 or 5 teams to play and get the weekend off .the league used to take the weekend of the states off .did you get my message from your brother .
