TOPIC: Week 5 Mertog's Picks! |

| I was remiss in my duties last week, so I'm getting it done early this week. I had a little mishap and now I'm back on track! So this is how Mert sees it playing out this weekend.
1. PNA vs A+: Not gonna be pretty! The Big Red machine finally cures it's splits-disease and hammers A+ into submission. The Naaaa takes the pair in this one.
2. Harris vs. Sunset: This one has the makings of a good old fashioned brawl. Both teams are very tough and this one is too close to call, I'm thinking a split is in order here.
3. Eaton vs. Delpadre: DelPadre is coming around and is a very tough team. Eaton is a newcomer team that will improve but not in time to take care of business this week. DelPadre take the pair here.
4. Chris Moulton vs. Coventry Fire: The Hose men get hosed in this one! Like Marlon Brando said in Apocalypse Now..."The Horror". Moulton take two here.
5. PUB vs. Stallions: Pub lost two last week and we are not happy. We love the Stallions but we are going to do Bad things to them this weekend. "Bad things". Pub bringing the pain this week and take two.
6. Club Joques vs. Bothelo: Well if Club Joques shows up and hits like they did against us this is going to be an all out war. I would love to see this game myself. Both great teams and both full of great guys. Bothelo's is on a roll, but I think CJ is the team to sneak one out this week. I call it a split.
7. Baxter's and Crowe: Once again a great game in the making. Both great teams and very scrappy...I'm calling this one a split as well.
8. Jr's and VFW (Orange Crush) VFW is absolutely awesome this year. I'd love for my boys over at Jr's to do what we couldn't get done and take one off them. Keeping it real though...VFW takes the pair here. Sorry Mac...but they are off the hook this year.

1. PNA vs A+: Well This Isnt A Very Tough Choice PNA Takes 2 And A + Is Downgraded To About A C + Hahaha
2. Harris vs. Sunset: Wow What A Game Some Might Not Know But The First Year Of The Harris Team Was With A Few Of The Sunset Guys Now And If I Know Them There Looking To Shock Some People I Think Sunset Pulls Out A Split In This One Two Very Good Games But If Harris Shows Up Pissed Off It Just Might B A Home Run Fest Split
3. Eaton vs. Delpadre: Del Padre Comes Out And Takes Care Of Business But Not Without A Scare In One The These Games Del Padre Takes 2
4. Chris Moulton vs. Coventry Fire: I Think Mert Had This One Down CM Lights Them Up With The Bats And Then Hoses Em Down On The Base Paths Cm In A Quick Pair
5. PUB vs. Stallions: The Stallions Are Improved But Knowing The Pub They Will Come Out Firing And Most Likely Run Rule Our Freinds On The Stallions Pub Takes 2
6. Club Joques vs. Bothelo: Ive Been Saying It All Year Smitty Has Put Together A Squad Silently And Everyone Is Forgetting About Them Time For People To Open There Eyes And Realize There For Real Botelho Takes 2 In A Pair Of Hard Fought Games
7. Baxter's and Crowe: I Havent Seen Any Of Baxters Games So Im Not To Sure How They Look This Year But A Split With The Naa Is Tough So Id Have To Say A Split Altho My Gut Is Telling Me Crowe Steals 2
8. Jr's and VFW Now This Is A Really Good Game More Than Not Everyone Knows Everyone. Knows Where They Like To Hit And Who Likes To Try And Steal A Base When The Balls In The Outfeild The VFW Has A Great Team No Doubt About It But I Think This Will B More Of A Fun Game Than Anything Else Id Say A Split But Who Knows Ill Let Artie Answer What Is Gonna Happen After Saturday's Tournament As For Now Split

| MAC YOU ARE SO RIGHT , FOR BOTH OF OUR TEAMS THIS WEEKEND WILL BE A CRAP SHOOT . TO TELL YA THE TRUTH THE D AND E NITs THIS WEEKEND WILL HAVE ALOT OF COVENTRY SUNDAY MORNING GUYS . VDUB , JRS , HARRIS , DELPADRE, BOTELHO , WILL ALL HAVE A COUPLE GUYS PLAYING THIS WEEKEND . HOPEFULLY I WILL BE MISSING 6 GUYS THIS WEEKEND AND YOU WILL BE MISSING ONE . BRY , BROWNIE , AND PD SHOULD BE THERE THOUGH CAUSE HOOTERS STINKS RIGHT NOW . WE ARE TRYING TO PLAY IN BOTH SO HOPEFULLY ITS TO LONG DAYS FOR THE PRATA BAR . MY GUESS WE DO WELL AND THAT MEANS JRS TAKES TWO . BUT IF WE ARE IN THE FINALS AND THE HOOOOTIES AND IN THE FINALS , ITS A CRAP SHOOT .WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE MORE INFO MERT ON SATURDAY .

| Wow Mert you pulled a 180 this week! Shit you give us no love against the Naa & VDub and are practically blowing us against the Stallions! How about take no team for granted and go out and play our best? How does that sound? You say we gave up the most runs this year and your right! We also played 3 out of the 4 weeks against the best teams in the league! Now because we are playing a team with a losing record you think we will just wipe them away? ANYBODY CAN WIN ON ANY GIVEN SUNDAY! Take no team for granted! Just give it your all! Jesus how long will it take before this type of attitude rubs off on you???
