| We are almost done with the regular season. As for the most part, the standings seem fairly accurate for a few leagues.
Is every Class A league using the single elimination, then the best 2 out of 3 format for the playoffs?
If so, can anyone confirm who the top 3 teams in each league?
Finally, when are the state brackets set? Is there a copy of them available?
Good luck to everyone the rest of the way!

| In the Riverview St. Louis Park and Minnetonka will most likely play for the league championship and/or top seed on Thursday. Hopkins has wrapped up the #3 spot. All this is fairly insignificant as the teams will need to win their final playoff series the week of July 30th.
The brackets are nearly complete there is however an issue with adding one game in the early/middle of the week as only three games are allowed at Veterans Field on Sunday. The format is one game short. However who plays who and which day this all occurs for rounds 1 and 2 are the same as last year. As they've been for several years.

| Thanks for the update on the Riverview League. Anyone know about Minneapolis?
Looks like Skyline is almost set, same with St. Paul with SS and Rosetown.
Green Mill, Shark and Stillwater are Top 3?

| #1 Wesley, but they have a little work to do. #2 Pub, they can finish no worse with a win tonight (last game). #3 Rocks,Angels are in a dog fight to the finish, but I believe the Rocks are 2 games ahead in the loss colum. Bottom line - It doesn't matter who finishes in the top 3, the league is very deep 1-7 and anyone can get hot and go to state. Go Pub!!!

| My friend is a catcher for the Angels. Rock have 5 losses. Angels have 6. Angels have the Cobra Monday and Wesley Wednesday. Rock have Birdtown and Wesley left. If tied, Angels have tiebreaker on Rock. Cobra only have 7 losses and are lurking around to snatch 3rd or 4th place. The play Wesley and Angel still.

| Reports from Park National league are that the Angel lost a couple of tough ones to the Cobra and West Home on consecutive days. Rock lost to West Home, and plays huge game versus Dinkytown Bomber still. I believe Cobra play West Home tonight. The first two seeds are locked, and there continues to be a mess for #3 with Cobra, Rock, Angel, Bomber.

| Orlando, you sure have command of the English language. Did you learn your pluralities from a Shark(s) player, or Clem Haskins?

| Since I'm knew to the English language, I had to look up the word pluralities. Do you mean "1. the excess of votes received by the leading candidate, in an election in which there are three or more candidates, over those received by the next candidate (distinguished from majority),"
or
"3. a number greater than one."
or
"5. a large number; multitude."
or
"6. state or fact of being plural."
Please help so that I might answer your question promptly.

It's all singular dipshit!

| I believe your lack of knowledge of the subject also limits your vision, both logically and with the twist of humor-to quote:
Reports from Park National league are that the Angel lost a couple of tough ones to the Cobra and West Home on consecutive days. Rock lost to West Home, and plays huge game versus Dinkytown Bomber still. I believe Cobra play West Home tonight. The first two seeds are locked, and there continues to be a mess for #3 with Cobra, Rock, Angel, Bomber.
Last time I checked, the team names were Angels, Wesley Homes, Rocks, Bombers, and Cobras. If you are over 30, you'd remember that Mr. Haskins also spoke in the manner you write. Find the humor, or fix your English.

| You really are a dipshit. It's actually kind of funny. Also, you just proved that you are nowhere near as intelligent as you try to make yourself come across. Honest. I would never tell a lie. Just like the story about your first president who chopped down the cherry tree I learned in my naturalization class. I'm not trying to be contrary or argumentative; I'm simply stating facts. It's singular and always will be singular! Ask anyone from the Rock or Angel. They'll tell you.
Also:
West Home Lyon Club Rock/Dinkytown Cobra Angel Rock/Dinkytown don't know/care about the rest
Did good old Clem coach at "Willamaria?"
I can't believe you would try and pick on a poor little ignorant immigrant like me... Hey- everyone wants to feel smart- Remember this- "Everyone has a photographic memory. Not everyone has film." You might want to run to Proex...

| I can feel the tears welling... How am I to know you are an immigrant? Just by the way you write? That would be profiling, my friend. Also, Mr. Washington was OUR first president, not just mine. Since you are naturalized, you should know that as well. Nobody has humor anymore...

| Files, the singular-ness of team names is a running joke on this forum. It stems from the fact there is one team who uses their team name as singular, the Tri City Shark. Thus OrlandoOrlando saying Home, Bomber, Angel, Devil, etc.
No one understands it. I said before its like the Minnesota Twin playing the Oakland A. Just doesn't sound right, but then again, what's right with the Shark?
Next time you don't understand a joke from a poster, give me a call and I'll explain it to you.
