| ok...i've been quiet for awhile and im not going to start complaing or anything. it seems to me some people want the softball league to be similar to little league baseball. meaning we have coaches pick people to be on their team for the year to make things as fair as possible. not a bad idea. but as we all know, there are teams in little league who go undefeated and rack up the runs. now my pop's coached my team and i remember him asking me about kids on the list and if they were good or not, and whether to pick them or not. point being, that's what happens in ADULT league softball. you talk to a few guys and ask them to play, you click real good, and you turn out to be a real good team. a lot of this happens during the SPRING LEAGUE. come out next year and talk to some guys and get on a team. you can also play any position and get some swings in. hell i even pitched a few times, just ask carrico (remember when i snagged ya?) i almost got killed, but i caught it. had to throw that in :) anyways... a good example i can use is me and ox were on a team 3 years ago that was 3-22, i believe. we sucked. but we stuck around and gathered a few guys and now we play in the A league and are pretty competitive. good things can happen people, but complaining on a website doesn't help. it doesn't make sense to me when people say that they are there to just play and have a good time, but then start complaining about how things are going on...... UMPIRES ARE HUMAN, THEY MAKE MISTAKES. that's all i'll say about that. teams are not "juiced", they are just good. and just remember the quote "even the sun shines on a dog's "behind" every once in awhile". meaning all teams can be beaten at anytime. now im outta breath so i will leave it at that.
